If you visit this blog regularly, you would know that this year is all about movement and making ourselves better, with small changes in our lifestyle. These monthly challenges are aimed at getting us moving and to develop a kind of regular activity that will benefit us.
So for February I wanted to choose another exercise that is bodyweight focused and easy on the pockets.
100 squats a day for all 29 days of February. You’re probably wondering if you’re up to the challenge but you won’t know until you get up and get moving.
Its 100 squats a day and all squat variations are welcomed (air squats, chair assisted squats, side squats, jump squats, ALL squats).
If you missed January’s challenge, don’t worry about it. Just be sure to get in on this now and keep going throughout the year
