June but not too soon

The month of May has been maddening and mysterious. With all that has been going on it becomes easy to lose track of days and even months. 
For June I decided to jump on a challenge being done by my gym,
So far for the month, we have been going well with our exercises and I believe it's time to just add to it somewhat.
When I saw that this challenge included a sleep aspect I truly believed that it was important to share this with my followers of fitness. So many of us right now get too little sleep for one reason or another. Adequate rest is a part of any good exercise regime. Also included in this challenge are practices that we all should take on. 
Eating smart, hydration, movement, reading & meditation.
So let's get moving. June 1 - June 30
