​This week at the Box was extremely difficult. Felt like a runners week and if you know me any then you’d know that running and I have a love/hate relationship. 
I love to hate running. LOL. 

So after deciding to just step and get it done I dove into Monday’s 3 station WOD. As with most WODs it was difficult, especially the burpees but I persevered and got to the end. 
There’s something about community in the Box that pulls you through the most intense workouts. That and having your coach bellow your name to tell you to “get that next rep in” and “keep moving”. 


Onto Wednesday’s WOD. 
There. Was. Lots. Of. Running. Sigh.
No sense bellyaching then just strap up those laces and get to running. Not I’m not going to lie. I found this WOD surprisingly comfortable. Yes, even the running. Shocking.  
The week ended off with more hard work. Burpee box jumps, thrusters and you guessed it, more running. If this keeps up I think I’ll sign up for the Run Barbados 5K in December 😁.
