A quick update.

One year ago, I signed up for a journey and although I didn’t know it at the time, it would be something that would change my life and change it for my betterment.
The journey at Limitless Performance Crossfit has been nothing short of amazing. The coaches are wonderful and they’ve pushed me and encouraged me to do more and to break through the limits I, at times, set myself. The members of the gym are also wonderful. In every class, there’s a sense of community and camaraderie that I’ve not felt or experienced in other places I’ve been to. There’s always someone there to tell you “come on Carlos, just one more rep”, “keep pushing”, “don't stop, you’ve got this” and personally those little words of encouragement go a very long way during, what can be some very gruelling workouts.

So, it has been nearly a year now since I’ve been on this journey to fitness. During that time, I’ve spoken to many persons who have been encouraged by my progress and some of them have even signed up for classes at gyms across the island. I really want to commend you all for taking that first step in your journey towards fitness. Now I feel it’s necessary for me to say to you, that you’re going to have to be committed. BE COMMITTED!
